A Dream Cooking for Years
Jake's dream of owning a pizzeria began at just 15 years old. Growing up in central Pennsylvania, he was inspired by his family's pizzeria, which shares similarities with ANY Pizzeria.
Jake started working in pizzerias at 15, a few years before his family purchased theirs. After graduating high school, he spent two years at his family's pizzeria before enrolling at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Pittsburgh, PA. Although his initial plan was to bring his culinary skills back to his parents, an exciting opportunity led him to a management position at Oakmont Country Club. This experience opened the door for him to work in Southwest Florida at The Club at Mediterra for six and a half years, all while he kept his dream of owning a pizzeria alive.
On August 13, 2018, Jake realized that dream by officially purchasing ANY Pizzeria (formerly known as Anthony's NY Pizza). Since then, the Foltz family has expanded the pizza crew to include Lincoln, Ryker, Adalyn, and Beckham. They are proud to be part of the Bonita Springs and Estero community and deeply appreciate the ongoing support! Thank you for being a part of their journey!
